MEETING ROOMS

Our Vancouver meeting facilities are comprised of five rooms that are staffed by a very professional team in the banquets department. We can set up in a variety of styles. Our catering options range from a coffee break service to complete sit-down lunches. Each of our modern meeting spaces features large windows to provide natural lighting. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel for the convenience of you and your guests. We can also supply and arrange any audio/visual equipment you may need for presentations. Secure underground parking at our hotel is available for anyone attending a conference or meeting at our hotel.

OUR VANCOUVER MEETING FACILITIES:

CREEKSIDE ROOM

The Creekside Room can be arranged in Boardroom, Classroom or Theatre configurations. This room can also be used for casual receptions for up to 50 people.

GRANVILLE ROOM & PACIFIC ROOM

Both these rooms at our Vancouver meeting facility are ideal for mid-sized presentations or board meetings. Either room can be set up in Boardroom, Classroom, or Theatre configurations and can accommodate up to 25 people. If you require additional space, both of these rooms offer an option of an attached break-out room. This second room is approx 240 sq and is ideal for private conversations during the meetings or to set up catering.

FALSE CREEK BOARD ROOM

This room is located on our top floor. It is our most private meeting room and offers a wall of windows to fill this room with natural light. This meeting room can accommodate up to 24 people theatre style or 12 boardroom style.

CREEKSIDE PRIVATE DINING & BANQUET ROOM

Treat conference VIPs or special guests to an intimate dining experience. The Dining Area at Creekside Restaurant & Lounge offers comfort and great food in an elegant Vancouver restaurant setting.

ADDITIONAL VANCOUVER MEETING FACILITY AMENITIES

The Creekside Restaurant is our on-site restaurant and offers a succulent menu that features West Coast specialties and fresh, innovative dishes. Open daily for breakfast and dinner, guests attending your conference or meeting are sure to find something they like on our comprehensive menu. Our lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere for the end of the day where a traveler can take advantage of one of our daily food specials, have a chat or watch the news. Business travelers will appreciate our seasonal heated outdoor pool and free access to the Steve Nash Fitness World.
